Site Restoration

This site is being restored after an absence.  I had a recent problem with Citydesk and have to rebuild the site.  Additionally, I have been very busy at the Department of Homeland security and do not have much time to spend on this.  Of course, you should have also noticed the site has changed from daconta.net to daconta.us.  There was nothing behind that except that I had not really planned on maintaining the site (too busy and thus I decided not to renew the domain name); however, since a friend offered to host it and people had requested I bring it back... here it is ...
